I am a lifelong Nashville native and licensed real estate broker with Benchmark Realty. I grew up here, watched this city grow, and have spent my career helping buyers, sellers, and investors make smart moves in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country. That kind of firsthand knowledge is something you simply cannot replicate, and it is something my clients rely on every day.
I specialize in residential real estate across Nashville, Green Hills, Belle Meade, Brentwood, Franklin, and Greater Middle Tennessee, with a focus on luxury homes, new construction, relocation, and investment properties.
My approach has always been straightforward. Accurate pricing, strong marketing, and sharp negotiation. I do not overcomplicate the process. I focus on what actually moves the needle and communicate clearly every step of the way. My clients know where things stand, what to expect next, and that I am working hard on their behalf from start to finish.
I hold a Tennessee broker's license, a credential earned by less than 25% of REALTORS in Tennessee. I am also an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), two nationally recognized designations that reflect specialized training on both sides of the transaction. I work with Benchmark Realty LLC, one of the most respected independent brokerages in the Nashville market.
Outside of work you will find me traveling, catching live music, watching SEC football, or out on the golf course. Golf runs deep in my family. My uncle Lou Graham won the 1975 U.S. Open Championship, and that competitive spirit and dedication to the craft has always stuck with me, both on the course and in my career.
